The flats consist of a hallway, bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and fitted kitchen. For your convenience, they are fully furnished, but will leave you enough room to bring your own furniture and accessories. Kitchen appliances include a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

The heating and hot water system are Economy 7, there is no gas on the premises.

To the front of each building there is one reserved car parking space as well as ample visitor parking. To the rear, there are communal gardens, maintained by a management company.
